Time to relax from everyday rush and find time to think about what is really important to you. Let us invite you to join our mindyourfuture retreat | yoga, mindfulness & future planning, during which:

✅ rest and recharge the batteries for the second half of the year
✅ you will strengthen the skills of relaxation, concentration, body awareness and mindfulness, that are necessary in times of rushing deadlines, multitasking and ubiquitous stress
✅ you will enable self-reflection mode – you will understand your values better, revise your goals and priorities, you will plan activities that will help you to get where you want to

DATES:
Arrival: 13 August, (Thursday) from 4pm / Departure 16th May (Sunday) after 3:00 pm

PLACE AND FOOD
✅ Agrotourystyka Kraina Szeptów – about 2 hours from Wrocław, towards Lądek Zdrój. With a beautiful room for yoga and meditation practice, a spacious fireplace and dining room, artistic space to sew up with a book in the garden and on the terrace. Surrounded by forests and mountains. With hosts who prepare meals based on products from local producers who know what the words “without chemistry” mean.
✅ Accommodation in spacious rooms (for 2, 3 and 4 persons). Each room is equipped with its own bathroom
✅ Catering: vegan. Dinner on Thursday, 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) on Friday and Saturday, 2 meals on Sunday (breakfast and dinner). Healthy snacks, coffee and tea will be available in the meantime.

ACTIVITIES:
Program: ashtanga yoga practice, mindfulness, sound ceremonies, workshop classes – mindyourfuture workshops.

18:30 – 19:30 – calm yoga after the trip
19:30 – 20:30 – dinner
20:30 – 22.00 – introduction to the program, meditation with the ceremony of sounds

✅ Friday and Saturday
7.45 – 9.00 – Ashtanga yoga classes in the Mysore style (for those already practicing)
9.00 – 10.00 – yoga classes for beginners
10.00 – 11:00 – Breakfast
11:00 – 13:00 – mindyourfuture workshop with elements of mindfulness and coaching
13:00 – 14:00 – dinner
14:00 – 18:00 – free time
18:00 – 19:00 – additional classes – depending on the participants’ needs (e.g. yoga theory and philosophy, strengthening classes, “technical” classes)
19.00 – 20:00 – dinner
20.00 – 21.00 – mindfulness and ceremonies of sounds

✅ Sunday
7.45 – 9:00 – Ashtanga yoga classes in Mysore style (for those already practicing)
9.00 – 10.00 – yoga classes for beginners
10.00 – 11:00 – Breakfast
11:00 – 13:00 – mindyourfuture workshop with elements of mindfulness and coaching

Confirmation of participation is the payment of a non-returnable instalment of PLN 440 / person

ABOUT CLASSES:

✅ Ashtanga yoga – dynamic meditation in movement. Classes are characterized by individual approach to the practitioner, his/her age, health condition and stamina. Regular practice of Ashtanga cleanses the body and mind, boosts vital energy level, brings balance, harmony and peace of mind.

✅ Mindfulness – consciously bringing the attention to the present moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future. Mindfulness can be practised both, formally (during meditation or yoga practice) and informally (during everyday activities).

✅ Sound Ceremony – deep concentration on the sounds of etno instruments, singing bowls, tank drums and others. During the ceremony you will enter a state of deep presence, which allows you to let go of your thoughts, relax your mind and body.

✅ Mindyourfuture workshops – a workshop that will stimulate reflection on key priorities and goals in the lives of participants. It will help to draw conclusions from past experience and plan activities that will help participants approach the future planning in a manner consistent with their values. ABOUT THE FACULTY

✅ Piotr Kurpiasz – yoga and mindfulness teacher,  coach and facilitator, co-founder of mindyourfulness. He has been supporting people in effective communication, setting goals and managing their professional careers, managing stress and personal energy since 2012. He cooperates with the Luxmed Group, corporations and entrepreneurs. Yoga and meditation teacher at Studio Jogi – Drzewo Życia at Wroclaw and during retreats in Poland and around the world. For many years, he has been following traditional path of Ashtanga Yoga, including studing under the guidance of Sharath Jois at Mysore. In his free time he travels with his family (reports on the WhereIsMyKid? blog), plays etno instruments and visually facilitates meetings and conferences, developing his startup: Visualstories.
