Daily morning session of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Mindfulness, afternoon workshop, evening Yin Yoga sessions and Sound Ceremony ?￢ﾀﾍ♀️?￢ﾀﾍ♀️♟?
Sample daily schedule (will be adjusted to group needs, planned trips, transfers etc.)
7.30am – 9.00am – Ashtanga Yoga Mysore (for practitioners)
9.00am – 10.00am – yoga for beginners
10.00am – 11.00am – free time
11.00am – 12.00pm – brunch
12.00pm – 5.00pm – free time (around 15.00 – coffee, tea, cake)
5.00pm – 6.30pm – workshops/ theory on yoga and/or mindfulness
6.30pm – 7.30pm – dinner
8.30pm – 9.30pm – yin yoga / sound ceremony / mindfulness
Hotel „Eco House” is a cosy place created with love and respect for the nature, located in a heart of Bakuriani, Borjomi region. We will be accommodated 2-4 bed rooms. We will practice in a beautiful bright shala with mountain view.?￢ﾛﾰ?

ABOUT THE PRACTICE METHODS:
Ashtanga yoga – dynamic meditation in movement. Classes are characterized by individual approach to the practitioner, his/her age, health condition and stamina. Regular practice of Ashtanga cleanses the body and mind, boosts vital energy level, brings balance, harmony and peace of mind.
Yin yoga – is a gentle slow-paced practice focused on stretching of the connective tissue around the joints, conscious breathing and meditative aspect.
Mindfulness – consciously bringing the attention to the present moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future. Mindfulness can be practised both, formally (during meditation or yoga practice) and informally (during everyday activities).
Sound Ceremony – deep concentration on the sounds of etno instruments, singing bowls, tank drums and others. During the ceremony you will enter a state of deep presence, which allows you to let go of your thoughts, relax your mind and body.
Direct flights available from across Europe – with Wizzair airlines flying directly to Kutaisi airport. If you travel from Poland variety of cities are available to fly from (Wrocław, Warsaw, Katowice, Poznan, Gdańsk) and Berlin or Prague nearby (cost around 50-200 Euro both ways). will be happy to help you organize the transportation from and to the airport on 12.10 and 19.10 (additional cost of around 20 Euro (80 PLN)
ABOUT THE TEACHERS:
Oliwia Misztur – nomadic yogi. Student and teacher of Ashtanga Yoga in tradition of Sri K.Pattabhi Jois, certified Air/Aerial Yoga and teacher of original method Fly/Flow (air yoga & creative movement), co-counder of MindYourFulness initiative and Resonans – yoga & voice. Her field of interest is widely understood body work, conscious movement & therapy and mindfulness. For many years connected with contemporary dance and various forms of movement practices, from 2008 dedicated to Ashtanga Yoga path, learning under guidance of most renowned teachers worldwide. In 2016 went to Mysore in India to practice by the source, at KPJAYI under Sharath Jois guidance. In Mysore she also practices with Vinay Kumar at Prana Vashya Yoga. She teaches regular classes in Wroclaw as well as workshops and retreats in Poland and abroad. She sees yoga as deeply transformative practice, available for everyone no matter of their age, gender or cultural/sociological background. She believes that Pattabhi Jois’ words “Practice and all is coming” can be applied to every aspect of our life. Each time she steps on a mat she learns more about herself, she finds wisdom in every teacher, she sees a teacher in every student. Fascinated by Chinese medicine and reflexotherapy. Loves forest, travels, bike, ambitious cinema and loud music.
Piotr Kurpiasz – a student and teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Mindfulness. Co-founder of MindYourFulness. Experienced in working with groups as a coach, trainer, facilitator; constantly raises his competences in this area. For many years he has been exploring the secrets of working with the mind and body that allows us to lead a more conscious life. As life changing events he mentions taking part in seclusion in the Vipasana tradition and regular yoga practice in KPJAYI (Mysore, India), where he studied under the guidance of Sharath Jois. For several years he has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga and mindfulness in Wroclaw and during retreats and workshps in Poland and other countries (Switzerland, Germany, Belgium). In business, he effectively incorporates elements of yoga and mindfulness into development programs. He conducts regular yoga ashtanga and meditation classes at the “Drzewo Zycia” yoga school in Wrocław. Enthusiast of ethno instruments and sounds that soothe – he shares this passion with others during sounds ceremonies and meditation with sounds sessions.
